1. REFUND POLICY
Sharon Schuler Co. offers a 14-day refund policy and money-back guarantee on all of our courses unless otherwise specified. This refund policy does not apply to our digital products and instant downloads, which are non-refundable.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you consumed all of the course content within 14 days, implemented the strategies in the program, and did not experience any results. This includes watching all of the course videos, filling out the workbooks, and putting the templates into action.
You must request your refund within 14 days of enrolling in the course in order to qualify. To request a refund, contact service [at] sharonschuler [dot] com with “refund” in the subject line. You will be asked to show the work you’ve put into the course and if you qualify, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Note that it can take up to 7 days for the money to show up on your credit card, depending on your bank.
Refunds are not permitted if you purchase one of our courses at full price and that course later goes on sale or is included in a bundle for a special price, regardless of the length of time between your purchase and the sale or special offer.
